Customers may request cancellation within 30 minutes after placing an order by emailing support@framesbar.com with the order number and the subject line 'Cancellation Request'.
We will try to stop the order before processing or dispatch, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after fulfilment has started. If the order has already been dispatched, the customer may use the return process described in our Return & Refund Policy.
This operational cancellation window does not limit any statutory cancellation or return rights that apply under UK consumer law.
