These Terms apply to purchases made through framesbar.com. The website and store are operated by FRAMES BAR LIMITED, company number 04929444, VAT number GB891469675.

1. Products and eligibility

Customers must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. Product descriptions, dimensions and colours are presented as accurately as reasonably possible, but minor variations may occur. Availability may change without notice.

2. Orders and contract formation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily confirm acceptance. The contract is formed when we confirm dispatch, unless applicable law provides otherwise. We may reject or cancel an order because of payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing or listing error, stock unavailability or an undeliverable address.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in GBP and include applicable UK VAT unless stated otherwise. Standard UK delivery is free. Payment is charged when the order is placed using an available checkout method.

4. Delivery, cancellation and returns

Processing, delivery, cancellation, return and refund terms are set out in our Shipping Policy, Order Cancellation Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

5. Product care and use

Customers must follow any product-specific instructions and use products only for their intended household purpose. Images and measurements are guides; final product specifications shown on the product page apply to the order.

6. Statutory rights and warranty

We do not provide an additional commercial warranty unless one is expressly stated on a product page. This does not affect statutory rights relating to product quality, fitness for purpose, description, repair, replacement or refund under applicable UK consumer law.

7. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or rights that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to applicable law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

8. Governing law and contact
