Payment Policy

All prices on framesbar.com are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include applicable UK VAT unless clearly stated otherwise.

Accepted payment methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Maestro and UnionPay where these methods are made available by our payment provider at checkout.

Payment timing and security

Payment is authorised and charged when an order is placed. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment services. FRAMES BAR does not store complete payment card numbers.

Order verification

We may contact a customer to verify order or payment details when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud. An order may be declined or cancelled if payment cannot be authorised, information is incomplete or there is a reasonable security concern. Any amount already captured for a cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method.

We do not accept cash on delivery and do not offer subscriptions or recurring payments.
