Shipping policy

We deliver orders within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We do not currently offer international delivery.

Processing and delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days. After dispatch, estimated delivery is 3-5 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude UK public holidays.

Shipping cost

Standard tracked delivery is free on all orders. There is no minimum order value for free delivery.

Carriers and tracking

Orders are sent using a tracked service provided by Royal Mail, DPD or another suitable UK carrier selected according to parcel size and destination. Tracking information is sent by email when available after dispatch.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Please contact support@framesbar.com promptly if an address needs to be corrected before dispatch.

Delayed, lost or damaged parcels

If an order has not arrived within the stated timeframe, or arrives damaged, contact support@framesbar.com with the order number and relevant photographs where applicable. We will investigate with the carrier and provide an appropriate replacement or refund where required.
